Anaerobic micro-organisms: living / occurring in the absence of free oxygen. Aerobic micro-organisms: living / occurring in the presence of free oxygen.

These micro-organisms are disease-causing acidic organisms, and includes bacteria, fungus, mould, yeast, and parasites. Only the disease-causing organisms are destroyed by CDS, because such organisms have acidic pH values.

CDS only reacts to molecules with an acidic pH. When that reaction takes place, it releases oxygen and becomes sodium chloride (common salt) and releases its oxygen to further oxidise pathogens of acidic pH present, reducing them to alkaline oxides that is excreted by the body’s elimination channels.

CDS destroys viruses by means of another mechanism: It’s antiviral activity.

Antiviral activity is measured by its inhibitory effects of viral replication in cell cultures, therefore an antiviral (CDS) is an agent that kills a virus, attacks or that suppresses its ability to replicate and, hence, inhibits its capability to multiply and reproduce.

CDS prevents the formation of the special proteins of viruses, thus causing their destruction (in other words they are prevented from growing).
